A gin using just 6 botanicals and distilled in the traditional one shot method has resulted in a smooth, dry gin, with a fresh citrus finish.

Best served as a traditional Gin and Tonic using a good Indian Tonic.

Garnish: orange zest for a refreshing summer drink.

For a warmer winter drink, add a stick of cinnamon.

Distilled in small batches using a grape base spirit from Hout Bay, South Africa.
